Pixie Forest is a sole proprietorship brand registered under the Shop Act, offering skincare,
haircare, and bodycare products. All products are formulated for external application only
and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Provide accurate and complete information while ordering
• Not attempt to misuse or damage the Site in any way
• Any misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or

3. Product Information and Use
All products displayed on our Site are handcrafted or prepared in small batches with natural
or herbal ingredients.
As skin and hair types vary, results may differ from person to person.
Please perform a patch test before using any product.
In case of irritation or allergy, discontinue use immediately.
Our products are cosmetic in nature and not a substitute for medical advice.
Pixie Forest is not liable for misuse of products or allergic reactions caused by individual
sensitivities.

4. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Pixie Forest
website. These items may have limited quantities and are offered while supplies last.
Most of our products fall under the perishable and natural category with a limited shelf life,
and therefore are not eligible for returns once sold. Opened or used products cannot be
returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and images of our products as
accurately as possible on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or
monitor display will reflect the true color or finish of the product.
Pixie Forest reserves the right — though not obligated - to limit the sale of products or
services to any individual, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
We may also limit the quantities of any product or service offered on the Site at any time.

All product descriptions, ingredients, or pricing are subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Pixie Forest.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Any offer for a product or service on this Site shall be considered void where prohibited by
law.
Pixie Forest does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or materials
purchased by you will meet your personal expectations, nor that any errors in the service will be corrected immediately.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated
otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior
notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's trusted payment partners. Pixie Forest
does not store any card or banking information.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Replacements

before placing an order.

All logos, product images, text, graphics, and design elements displayed on the Site are the

Our Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform for our online store.
