Return & Replacement Policy

At Pixie Forest, every product is created with care, using natural and gentle ingredients to
support your self-care rituals. We maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards while
preparing and packaging each order.
As our products are personal care and hygiene-based items, they are not eligible for return
or exchange once opened or used. However, we do accept replacements in specific valid
cases as mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Replacement
You can request a replacement if:

• You received the wrong product (different from your order)
• The product is damaged or leaked during transit
• You receive an incomplete order (missing item)

Please note:
The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
You must share clear photos or videos of the unboxing as proof for us to process the
request.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened, used, or partially used products
• Products without original packaging or tampered seals
• Items purchased on sale, offer, or during special promotions

3. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

number and issue details.
Attach unboxing pictures or a short video showing the issue clearly.
Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or monetary returns - only replacements for verified
valid cases.

4. Cancellation Policу
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been
processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where the replacement product is unavailable.
In such cases, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 7-10
business days after approval.

6. Product Quality Disclaimer
All Pixie Forest products are made in small batches using natural ingredients.
Slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance may occur - this does not indicate a defect.
These variations are a natural outcome of handcrafted formulations.
